Configuring Your Dues Notices
To configure your dues notices, go to Financial > Dues Process > Dues Notices in the menu. You will see a screen like so:
A sample dues notice is pictured on the right. Customizable text on the dues notice can be changed my entering values in the corresponding colored field on the left. Text that isn't highlighted is sample, place-holder text that will be replaced by info about the particular member and the dues that they owe when the notices are printed. When you're done configuring your notices, if you are ready to print, click 'print', otherwise click 'save'.
Printing Dues Notices
If you click print to print your notices, you'll see a screen like the following:
You can print your notices for all member types or select the member type. Sort by last name or zip code, print 3 to a page or 1 to a page. If you're soliciting donations over and above the dues owed, you can print notices for members who don't owe dues. You also have the option of printing notices just for the members in arrears.
