What to do when the Info/Officers screen is out of date?
If you have recently submitted your Certificate of Election (COE) or Return of Officers (ROO), your local group's officers will be updated only after the parent organization has approved your submission.
Information on the Info/Officers screen is managed by Grand Lodge/Chapter/Parent Organization, so any changes that need to be made on this screen must be communicated directly to the Grand Secretary's office.
If the address is correct but GPS coordinates are not displaying your street address in groupable:m2 or OLP, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Parent Organization Name, Local Name and number, street address, and correct GPS Coordinates.
