Some organizations require monthly reports from their chapter/club/lodge. Please speak to your parent organization about any specific instructions on completing the monthly reports.
This article addresses how to submit a report when you do not meet in a particular month:
In the event a lodge does not meet in a particular month, you will not "Add a Meeting."
Instead, after the 1st of the month, go to "Close Monthly Report" and select the month to close.
Then click "Submit Report."
