This Info is pulled directly from the database in groupable:m2.
Information on the Info/Officers screen including Chapter/Club/Lodge Address/Meeting Nights is managed at the Parent Organization, so any changes that need to be made on that screen need to be communicated to the Grand Secretary's office.
If the address is correct but GPS coordinates are not displaying your street address in groupable:m2 or OLP, please email email@example.com with your Parent Organization Name, Local Name and number, street address, and correct GPS Coordinates. We look forward to correcting the GPS coordinates promptly!
If the meeting nights and calendar have been changed recently, your Parent Organization should be notified per your by-laws to reflect these updates. Your Parent Organization will then update the meeting nights and/or times in groupable:m2 > Info/Officers.
If the meeting time is not specified in groupable:m2 > Info/Officers, the default meeting time is set at 7:00pm. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your role, your Parent Organization Name, Local Name and number to provide the specific time if the default time of 7:00pm needs to be changed.
To correct or update the Local Officers, a completed Certificate of Election (CoE) must be submitted in Groupable: m2 by the Local Secretary or Assistant Secretary. Once submitted, the CoE will be sent to your Parent Organization for approval.
Once approved at the Grand Secretary's office, the updated list of Officers will be immediately published in Groupable: m2 as well as pushed to OLP within 24 hours.
