The Lodge Info is pulled directly from the database in groupable: m2.
Information on the Lodge Info screen including Chapter/Club/Lodge Address is managed at the Grand Lodge level, so any changes that need to be made on that screen need to be communicated to the Grand Secretary's office.
To correct or update the Lodge Officers, a completed Certificate of Election (CoE) must be submitted in Groupable: m2 by the Lodge Secretary or Assistant Secretary. Once submitted, the CoE will be sent to Grand Lodge for approval.
Once approved at the Grand Lodge level, the updated list of Officers will be immediately published in Groupable: m2 as well as pushed to Our Lodge Page within 24 hours.
