How Can I Sign Up For Dues Installment Payments?

Have you been invited to sign up for autopay?

• When your local group has enabled groupable|autopay, and you owe dues, you'll be able to sign up for auto-renewal online payments and installments.

• Affordable catch-up on arrears if applicable
• Invoices and checks never get lost in the mail. No checks, envelopes, stamps, bank checks, or cash are required.
• Receive auto-notifications in advance of payments
• Receive receipts for payments instantly in your email

How to sign up:

When you have an OLP Account:

1. Log in to your OLP account
2. Select My Account in the OLP site, or click your name in the Member Portal or OLP App.
3. Click the pay button for the local group

When you have a Dues Email or signup Email:

1. Click the Sign up for autopay, the Pay Now button, or the link at the bottom of the email.

 

Review Your Dues Payment Options Screen:

This screen displays your local group name and number, your name, and your Dues Owed by year, followed by the Total Amount Due.

Below the amount due, you will see your payment options:

• AutoPay Options:
  • Monthly (and monthly dues plan rate);
  • Quarterly (and quarterly dues plan rate);
  • Annual (and single dues rate).
• One-time Online Payment allows you to pay once rather than sign up for recurring payments.
• Print & Mail allows you to download and print a PDF of your current statement of your local membership so that you can write a check and mail your payment.

Select A Plan

Choose your preferred AutoPay plan (you can always change this later) and click the "Sign Up" button.

Verify Your Contact Information

Ensure that your member record is current.

Review Your Plan

Here is where you can add any Donations to your local group *per installment* (when set up by your local group) and select to "Cover Any Processing Fees for My Lodge" (this will change your Plan Schedule amounts).

Choose your plan by clicking the button.

Checkout and Confirm your Payment Plan

On the checkout screen review or add your payment card. Click Pay Now button to confirm.
