How do I accept income from Non-Members?

You may wish to accept regular payments from different sources:

• Rental income from tenants
• Regular donations from guests
• Trustee Charitable amounts that will be paid out on Disbursement Authorizations

When you want to record the identity of the Non-Member, first check to be sure they're not already in the system:

You can search for them in the "Record Payments" screen:

If you're looking for a non-member who is not found, simply use the green plus symbol on this screen 

Add them as a non-member:

Note: blue fields are required. If you have only one name, use the first or last name to describe the type of non-member (renter/donor/The).

Now return to the Record Payments screen and Recording Member & Non-Member Payments
